Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from payment confirmation. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

Delivery Times

The delivery times shown are estimates in business days from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond ARNASA BRAND's control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs holds. ARNASA BRAND is not responsible for these delays.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, we recommend checking the shipment status first using your tracking number. If the issue persists, contact us and we will handle it as soon as possible.


Customs and Taxes

Prices shown on arnasashoes.com include applicable VAT for shipments within the EU customs territory.

Territories with special tax regulations:

Canary Islands: a Spanish territory excluded from the EU customs area and VAT regime. Shipments to the Canary Islands may be subject to the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC) and customs procedures. ARNASA BRAND is not responsible for these additional costs.

Ceuta and Melilla: Spanish autonomous cities excluded from the EU customs area and VAT regime. Shipments may be subject to the Tax on Production, Services and Imports (IPSI) and customs procedures. ARNASA BRAND is not responsible for these additional costs.

Andorra: not part of the European Union. Shipments may be subject to import duties and customs procedures under current Andorran regulations.

Shipments outside the European Union: For shipments to countries outside the EU (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, etc.), the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees that may apply in the destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. ARNASA BRAND is not responsible for these costs or for any delays caused by customs holds.

If a shipment is refused by customs in the destination country and returned to ARNASA BRAND, the return costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from the corresponding refund.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website or through the link included in the email.


Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@arnasashoes.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
