How to measure your foot
One foot may be slightly longer than the other. For an accurate measurement, always use the longer foot.

Place a sheet of paper against the wall and stand on it, with your heel against the wall.

Mark the tip of your longest finger and measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark.

To determine the width, mark the widest points of your foot on the paper and measure the distance between them.
Once you have your measurements, find the corresponding size in the chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for greater freedom of movement.
