Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. If the order has already been shipped, we won't be able to modify it, but you can process it as a return once you receive it
What happens if there is an error in the shipping address?
Please carefully review the shipping address before finalizing your order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address and a new shipment is required, the additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
What do I do if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?
Write to us with your order number and photos of the product you received, clearly showing the issue. We'll take care of the problem and send you a solution as soon as possible, at no cost to you.
SIZE & FIT
How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide. With barefoot footwear the fit is wider than conventional shoes, so it's normal to feel more room in the toe box. If you're unsure between two sizes, go for the larger one for greater freedom of movement.
Are Arnasa barefoot shoes?
Yes. A thin, flexible 4 mm sole, zero drop, a wide fit and a lightweight structure. Designed to respect the natural shape of your foot and let it move the way it should.
I've never worn barefoot shoes. Can I start with Arnasa?
Yes. Every pair includes a removable natural latex insole so you can transition at your own pace. Start with the insole in and take it out when your foot asks for more freedom. If you have any condition (plantar fasciitis, bunions, metatarsalgia), check with your podiatrist first.

What materials are they made of?
- Upper: LWG Gold certified European suede
- Lining: breathable vegan microfiber
- Sole: 4 mm recycled rubber
- Insole: removable natural latex
- Laces: organic cotton
All materials are of European origin and are selected for their durability, comfort and traceability.
Where are they made?
In Portugal, in workshops with a long footwear tradition. Local, closely controlled production that allows us to take care of every detail.
How do I care for my shoes? Can they get wet?
Suede requires specific care. Use a suede brush for dry cleaning and a protector to prevent stains and moisture. Avoid getting them too wet. If they do get wet, let them air dry at room temperature, away from direct heat sources.

Which countries do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We ship to the entire EU and to Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates and Israel. Free shipping in mainland Spain. For all other destinations, the cost is calculated at checkout before you pay, with no surprises.

How long does my order take to arrive?
We process your order within 24-48 business hours. Estimated times from dispatch:
- Mainland Spain and Portugal: 2-4 days
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-5 days
- Canary Islands: 5-8 days
- Rest of the EU: 3-9 days
- Outside the EU: 5-15 days
Shipments outside the EU may experience delays due to customs, with import costs payable by the customer.
Can I exchange or return my Arnasa?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from delivery. The product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
- We only accept exchanges and returns for orders within the EU.
- Size exchange: free in mainland Spain and Portugal. Other areas: cost depending on destination.
- Returns: cost payable by the customer, depending on the area.
